In order to provide complex consulting services to our Clients we have set up POLINVEST Consulting Group, consisting of the following entities:

POLINVEST-AUDIT Spółka z o.o. was established in June 1998. It is one of larger auditing and accounting companies operating in Poland. POLINVEST-AUDIT provides services in the area of financial and tax audits, keeping accounting books, auditing the utilisation of aid funds, consulting in the area of enterprise appraisal, transformation of financial statements into International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and he participates in developing of issue prospectuses.

A. Donimirski, T. Kruk i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowa is a law firm established also in 1998, in which POLINVEST Sp. z o.o. is a limited partner. A team of lawyers ensures complex legal services in favour of all business entities and supports the remaining companies belonging to POLINVEST Consulting Group.
