Wiesław Samitowski - President of the Management Board
An expert in the area of management and accounting, active since 1977, doctor of economics. Wiesław Samitowski has managed almost one thousand consulting projects for several hundred enterprises. He has experience in solving multidisciplinary business problems and in implementing changes expected by the Clients. Working in the years 1977 - 1996 as a lecturer at the University of Economics in Kraków, he acquired the skill of passing knowledge necessary for practitioners in order to raise management quality. He has been awarded formal qualifications to be a member of supervisory boards of State Treasury companies by the Ministry of Treasury. By managing companies since 1988 and working in supervisory boards, he has acquired comprehensive experience in applying modern management methods. He is an expert in the area of controlling, accounting and management. He has written over 30 articles in management and financial accounting.
Artur Sadowski - Vice President of the Management Board
An expert in strategic management, capital investments and marketing, with professional practice since 1992. He has carried out works on his own or managed the works of a professional team of consultants in over 1000 projects to the benefit of several hundred enterprises and institutions. He has profound and well-grounded experience in solving multidisciplinary management problems, and especially the area of finance, marketing and capital investments. He has extensive practice and skills necessary for effective implementation of adopted solutions. He is an experienced and efficient negotiator. Artur Sadowski has conducted a number of training sessions in controlling as well as finance and marketing.
Tomasz Michalczyk – Project Manager
Specialist in finance and management. By providing consulting services since 1995, he has acquired extensive experience in developing tools of widely understood management, relating to controlling and integrated IT systems. He has profound knowledge enabling performance of feasibility studies, investment and development strategies as well as the arrangement of financing for them. The ability of feeling well in a diversified and changeable project environment, love for solving business problems and focusing on the Client's interest enable him to provide consulting services in an effective way.
